Open Settings → Restore purchases. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID, so it recovers on any device signed in to that account. You are never charged twice: the unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase, so Apple blocks a second charge and restores the original instead.
Your scores, starred questions, name and interview date are stored only on your device, which is what keeps them private — so deleting the app removes them. Your purchase is not lost: tap Restore purchases after reinstalling.
It depends on when you filed Form N-400. Use the 2025 test if you filed on or after the date USCIS specifies for it; otherwise use the 2008 test. Switch in Settings → Civics test. Check your own USCIS notice if you are unsure — the app cannot determine this for you.
